Population and dissenters: In my Parish there are <but> thirty three Familes. No Dissenters of any sort or Denomination whatsoever. There is no licenced or other Meeting-House of Dissenters in my Parish. No one that teaches in such Meeting House.

Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms-house, Hospital, or other charitable endowment in my Parish, No Lands or Tenements left for the Repair of my Church, or other pious use. Witness my hand: Nathaniel Dewdney.

Frequency of divine service: Divine service is perform’d in my Church every Lords Day with prayers & a Sermon in the morning, and with prayers and a Sermon in the Afternoon; the reason that I do omit prayers on other days, is, because the Parishioners never attend. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administred in my Church four times in the year. (viz) on Christmas Day, Easter Day, Whitsunday, and the Sunday after Michaelmas Day. Witness my hand Nathaniel Dewdney.
Number of communicants: There are in my Parish about twenty Communicants Eight or Ten usually receive. At Easter last past twelve Communicated. Witness my hand Nathaniel Dewdney.
Catechising of children: I catechize the Children of my Parish every Lent; continuing to do so from the first Sunday in Lent, till Easter Day. The Parishioners do send their Children & servants to be instructed by me in the Catechism. Witness my hand Nathaniel Dewdney.
